Winter picture over the fileds

I don’t know what it is about this winter, but we’re seeing clouds like I’ve never seen before. Could this be another sign of global warming? I live in the southern part of Sweden, where the Gulf Stream passes by and gives us a milder climate.

A typical winter here hovers around 5°C, with endless stretches of grey, grey skies. For a photographer, this kind of weather poses a real challenge. Over time, I’ve embraced black-and-white photography as a way to make the most of these moody, muted landscapes—a strategy that has served me well.

This is a view of the fields near my village, Månslunda.
